At Apps with love, we have been working according to best-in-class standards and methods for a long time. To ensure that we not only believe in this ourselves, but that it is also verifiable and comprehensible, we also have our processes and systems checked and audited externally.
ISO 9001 defines the minimum requirements for a quality management system. As with all other productions, the quality of digital products can only be ensured if we have all the factors and processes of our company under control. ISO 9001 commits us to this.
How we ensure the quality of the software we develop:
In achieving our quality standards and all other corporate goals, we take responsibility for our environment. That is why we have a certified environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001. Wherever possible, we also pay attention to sustainability in projects.
Attention, long word: information securitymanagement system. This is what ISO 27001 stands for, and the certification of our information security management system proves that we have information security in the broadest sense under control as well as possible and that we do not take the subject lightly.
As an agency, we not without peers, but are part of an entire ecosystem. That is why we are involved in various organizations and associations.
No human being is a potted plant. That should be clear to everyone and hopefully everyone will soon have emancipated themselves from the social standards of the 1950s. The Gislerprotokoll association is committed to the multifaceted representation of gender in communication, advertising and marketing.
Even if our core business is the development of digital products and not necessarily advertising or communication, the products still "speak" - and for us, appropriate and contemporary language is an expression of respect and good coexistence. Also in line with our mission: we simplify people's lives.
Accessible digital products do not "only" benefit a small part of the population: studies assume that more than half of all people will sooner or later (or temporarily) be affected by limitations that prevent them from using digital products in the conventional way. Simply because their hand is in a plaster cast, for example. This is why we are committed to good accessibility in projects, but also as patrons of the Access for All Foundation.
We introduced the first version of our own pay model back in 2017. The fact that "New Work" also requires new approaches to remuneration policy as a logical consequence is old hat for us. We are all the more pleased that many others see it the same way - and that a whole community has emerged from this, in which we regularly get involved and support companies and institutions with advice on introducing their own remuneration model.
We develop customized software. However, that doesn't mean that we don't also use "off-the-shelf" software. Especially when it comes to functions that do not have to be reinvented, such as content management systems (CMS), we rely on the Statamic solution. Statamic comes with many features, but is also highly customizable and expandable. To ensure that we can do this well, a close exchange and access to all information is key. That is why we are an official partner of Statamic.
